Warranty Policy
At NovaTools Digital, we aim to provide reliable digital products, subscriptions, access-based services, and digital resources. Certain products include a warranty period to provide customers with support if a genuine product issue occurs after delivery.
The warranty duration and any product-specific warranty conditions will be stated on the relevant product page. Customers should review those details before placing an order.
1. Warranty Coverage
A product warranty applies only for the warranty period stated on the relevant product page or communicated as part of the order.
Where no warranty is expressly stated for a product, customers should not assume that a specific warranty period applies.
2. Start of Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period generally begins when the product, access, activation, download, account credentials, or other applicable digital delivery is successfully provided to the customer.
3. What the Warranty Covers
Subject to the applicable product conditions, warranty support may apply where:
- The purchased product stops working during the valid warranty period
- Access becomes unavailable for reasons not caused by the customer
- The delivered product materially fails to match the description
- A genuine activation or account-access issue occurs
- A digital file is materially incomplete, corrupted, or inaccessible
- A subscription or service unexpectedly stops during the covered warranty period
4. Warranty Resolution Process
If a genuine warranty-covered issue is confirmed, NovaTools Digital will first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, reactivation, repair of access, replacement credentials, replacement access, or another suitable solution.
Where an appropriate replacement is available, we will normally provide the replacement rather than issue an immediate refund.
5. Replacement Under Warranty
Where replacement is required and available, NovaTools Digital may provide:
- Replacement account access
- Replacement credentials
- Reactivation of the existing product
- A replacement digital file or download link
- An equivalent product or service where appropriate
Replacement availability may depend on the specific product and current availability.
6. Refund When Replacement Is Unavailable
If a valid warranty issue cannot reasonably be resolved and a suitable replacement is not available, the customer may be eligible for a refund review under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility may depend on the product, circumstances, usage, remaining warranty period, and other applicable conditions.
7. Product-Specific Warranty Periods
Warranty durations may vary between products. One product may include a different warranty period from another.
The warranty duration shown on the individual product page takes priority for that product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product warranty information before purchasing.
8. Shared-Access Products
For shared-access products, the warranty applies only while the customer follows the usage and account instructions provided by NovaTools Digital.
Warranty coverage may become invalid if the customer makes unauthorized changes to:
- Password
- Recovery email
- Recovery phone number
- Account ownership information
- Security settings
- Subscription settings
- Other credentials or account controls
9. Private-Access Products
Private-access products may include warranty support according to the duration and conditions stated on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own email account, device, passwords, and any credentials under their control.
10. Downloadable Products
For digital downloads, warranty support may apply where a file is inaccessible, corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description.
Customers should notify NovaTools Digital during the applicable support or warranty period if they encounter a genuine file-related issue.
11. Issues Not Covered by Warranty
Warranty coverage may not apply where the issue is caused by:
- Customer misuse
- Unauthorized password or credential changes
- Sharing private access without permission
- Violation of product instructions
- Attempted unauthorized resale
- Incorrect email or account details provided by the customer
- Unsupported devices or systems where compatibility requirements were disclosed
- Customer deleting, modifying, or damaging a digital file after successful delivery
- Expiry of the stated warranty period
- Fraudulent or abusive use of warranty services
12. Third-Party Platform Changes
Some products operate through independent third-party platforms, software, applications, or services.
Third parties may change their features, policies, security requirements, technical systems, or availability.
Where a third-party change causes a genuine issue during an active warranty period, NovaTools Digital will make reasonable efforts to provide support, restoration, replacement, or another appropriate solution where available.
13. Unsupported Third-Party Changes
Warranty does not guarantee that an independent third-party platform will maintain identical functionality indefinitely.
Where a third-party change is outside our control, our obligation is limited to reasonable warranty support under the terms applicable to the affected product.
14. Customer Responsibilities
To keep warranty coverage valid, customers should:
- Follow product setup and usage instructions
- Keep private credentials secure
- Avoid unauthorized changes to shared accounts
- Contact support promptly when an issue occurs
- Provide accurate order and account information
- Cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting steps
15. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact NovaTools Digital and provide sufficient information for us to investigate the issue.
We may request:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Email used for the order
- Product name
- Description of the problem
- Screenshots or error messages
- Other relevant information reasonably necessary to verify the issue
16. Verification of Warranty Claims
NovaTools Digital may verify a warranty claim before providing replacement, restoration, or refund-related resolution.
Verification may include reviewing order records, delivery records, customer communications, access information, screenshots, or other relevant evidence.
17. Response and Resolution Time
We aim to review warranty claims as quickly as reasonably possible.
Resolution time may vary depending on the product, type of issue, third-party service availability, customer response time, and whether replacement access is immediately available.
18. Warranty Expiration
Once the stated warranty period expires, free replacement, restoration, or refund may no longer be available.
Where possible, NovaTools Digital may still offer troubleshooting assistance or paid replacement options after warranty expiration, but this is not guaranteed.
19. No Automatic Warranty Extension
Providing troubleshooting, replacement, or support does not automatically restart or extend the original warranty period unless NovaTools Digital specifically confirms otherwise.
20. Fraudulent or Abusive Warranty Claims
NovaTools Digital reserves the right to reject warranty claims involving fraud, deliberate misuse, false information, repeated abuse, unauthorized account changes, or attempts to improperly obtain additional products or access.
21. Relationship With Refund Policy
This Warranty Policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.
A valid warranty issue will generally be resolved through support or replacement first. Where a suitable replacement cannot be provided, refund eligibility may then be considered according to the Return & Refund Policy.
22. No Physical Warranty Returns
Because NovaTools Digital primarily provides digital products and electronically delivered services, customers normally do not need to physically return an item by courier or post.
Warranty claims are generally handled electronically through support, verification, replacement, or refund review where applicable.
23. Changes to This Warranty Policy
NovaTools Digital may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, support processes, product availability, third-party services, or business operations.
The latest version will be published on this page and the “Last Updated” date may be revised accordingly.
