2. 1. Open the email account you provided for Microsoft 365 access.
3. 2. Find and open the Microsoft 365 invitation sent to your inbox.
4. 3. Click “Accept Invitation” or “Join Now.”
5. 4. You will be redirected to the official Microsoft website.
6. 5. Sign in using the Microsoft account that received the invitation.
7. 6. If prompted, enter your Microsoft account password and complete any required verification.
8. 7. Once the invitation is accepted, your Microsoft 365 access will be activated.
9. 8. On a PC/Laptop, open your Microsoft 365 account and install the available Office apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive.
10. 9. On Mobile, download the required Microsoft apps from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
11. 10. Sign in to the apps using the same Microsoft account that accepted the invitation.
12. 11. After signing in, your Microsoft 365 access and available premium features will be ready to use.
